PostSubject: A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna)   A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna) I_icon_minitimeMon Jun 14, 2010 2:11 am

As he walked along the busy streets of the capital city Tsuna paid no mind to the people who stared at him oddly or gave him a dirty look for being a samurai. It wasn't that he couldn't feel the stares or dirty looks he just didn't care anymore to try and change anyone and everyone that thought badly of you was impossible he knew so he didn't try. His face as always held a slight frown as he walked he wasn't in the greatest of moods today everything had gone wrong with his day so far, first when he awoke a stray cat had taken what little fish he had left to eat. Next about an hour after he woke up and was on the move he had been challenged by a man whom he did not know to a duel to the death, he killed the man with one blow it was beyond boring as always now he never met an opponent worth fighting. His crew cut hair spiked back naturally and was mostly pitch black except for the right front tuft of hair here the hair was snow white this often made people recognize him for who he truly was Tsuna The Wandering Shinigami.

His kimono was a light purple with bright pink sakura petals flowing upwards around his body, for his feet he wore wooden geta with metal plating attached to the bottom making a loud clacking noise with each step he took. Upon the back of his hips he wore a six foot long nodachi turned sideways behind him so it would be easy to draw if needed but he doubted he would need such a thing. His face while scowling was not completely unappealing to those around him it was more like it suite him even the scars on his face and neck didn't seem to make him ugly in anyway it was like this is how he was meant to look. He walked to a simple food stand on the side of the busy streets and sat down at the bar he merely asked for a bowl of steamed rice and a cup of water, a bit surprised by his order the chef none the less agreed. He was served quickly and had begun to eat when a man sat next to him Tsuna glanced at him he was average height and seemed ordinary, except for the blade at his hip. The man turned to Tsuna and smiled "I would like to request a duel with The Wandering Shinigami" he said in a quiet tone not wanting everyone to know who Tsuna was. Tsuna sighed lightly and looked to the man "I refuse as you can see I am eating" was all he said before turning back to his rice and began to eat it slowly savoring the taste as he always did when he began to eat.

The man would not accept such rudeness and lashed out with his hand smacking the bowl of steamed rice from Tsuna, who watched as it fell to the ground. The man stood and put his hand on the hilt of his blade "I will cut you down here for your insolence!" he yelled as the people in the streets backed away staring at the angry man now, Tsuna on the other hand was still looking at his fallen rice. Tsuna stood slowly and turned with a quickness that no one expected and the angry man jumped backwards as Tsuna lashed out with his hand. Everyone held their breath looking to Tsuna's hand expecting to see a nodachi drawn and the other man cut down, but to everyone's surprise Tsuna held no blade it was the chopsticks he had been using to eat his rice. Seeing this the people around them laughed as the angry samurai had overreacted, but the angry samurai felt it if Tsuna had drawn his blade he would have been cut down right then and there. He knew he couldn't leave after challenging Tsuna so openly he would lose all his honor he must fight, Tsuna let go of his chopsticks and everyone watched as they hit the ground and Tsuna took a low stance.

He reached around to his back and gripped the hilt of his nodachi drawing it out slowly with a sickening screech as it rubbed against the sheathe. The people watching were amazed by the length of the blade it was six feet long just as tall as Tsuna himself without his wooden geta, the hilt was white with purple flowers and diamonds along it. The blade itself was ordinary except for the strange markings carved into it just above the hand guard which Tsuna carved into the metal himself. After taking the blade out Tsuna held it close to him and leaned his forehead onto the blunt part of the blade "Are you prepared to have your life and soul taken from you on this day?" he asked in a tone that held no mercy. The people began to whisper as they realized who Tsuna really was, the massive blade he carried the black and white hair, and then that saying only one man asked that Tsuna The Wandering Shinigami. Many heard he had been slain in the battle from fifteen years ago other heard he destroyed the entire army himself but was severely wounded both of course were wrong.

The angry samurai grew pale with rage as he gritted his teeth how dare this man say such things to him, he was a great samurai he had killed dozens of people. Without answering Tsuna's question he charged forward with a downwards slash meaning to end this battle in one attack, Tsuna turned his blade downwards letting the man's blade run down his. The angry samurai meant to hit something solid and instead felt himself hit something then nothing as his blade slid down Tsuna's, sparks flew as the blades grinded against one another creating a beautiful display for those watching. Tsuna ripped his blade upwards suddenly throwing the angry samurai off balance even more so and then slashed outwards at the angry samurai who still hadn't realized Tsuna was using his simplest technique against him. Tsuna felt his blade slice into the neck of his opponent with the weight and speed of his nodachi it cut right through his wind pipe and spine beheading him almost instantly. The headless body fell to the ground with little noise, the people around were disappointed and amazed at the same time now, they were disappointed it was such a short fight but amazed at Tsuna's skill. Tsuna slashed downwards the blood of his opponent splattered onto the ground as he sighed lightly another unworthy opponent he thought to himself, but he bowed to the body of the fallen man before sheathing his blade once more.

PostSubject: Re: A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna)   A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna) I_icon_minitimeMon Jun 14, 2010 8:20 pm

Another boring morning in the palace. Moka stirred from her bed bright and early as the sun filtered into her quiet bed chambers. She sat up slowly and stretched, reaching high into the air. She heard a couple pops come from her spine, then groaned, tossing her long, messy magenta hair. She tossed the silk sheets off of her and slowly turned to let her feet dangle off of the side of her bed. She yawned, bringing her right hand up to cover her mouth. She pushed herself out of the bed and stumbled woozily over to the door. She shouted out to the hand maidens that she knew were awaiting her on the other side of the door. Mai. Tsukiko. Please run me a hot bath, and prepare four of my guards. I'm going to the city today to pick up some stuff. She heard the rustling of movement, followed by Hai, Fushichou no Hime! She smiled softly and wandered over to the hand carved wooden bureau against the far right wall. She gripped the golden handles and tugged the doors open. She rustled through its contents until she found what she wanted. She took out an extravagant silk kimono. It was pink and white in color, and was decorated with bright blue and read feather designs. She picked out her favorite obi sash to go with it. It was a cyan blue in color and tied in the back with the feathers of the great phoenix god, Suzaku, the symbol of her kingdom. She laid it out on her bed, then turned as a knock rattled her bedroom doors. Hime, your bath is ready. She smiled and grabbed a light blue cotton robe, wrapping it around her body, before making her way to the door. She pulled the massive wooden doors open with a smile, only to be greeted with the bowing figures of half the residents of the palace. Good morning, Akashiya Hime! Moka chuckled a bit and replied. Good morning to you all too. Please. No need to be so formal. I'm not as uptight as my father. Everyone just laughed and straightened their posture as she passed by, walking towards the bath house down the hallway.

She made her way into the bath house and closed the doors behind her, locking them quickly. She inhaled deeply. The air was thick with heavy steam from her bath, along with the faint scent of bath oils and sweet herbs. She smiled a bit and shed her robe, then her night garments. Sweat beaded up on her soft ashen flesh. She walked over to the bath, humming a soft tune she learned as a child. She climbed up the slick wooden steps that lead to the large round tub. Steam rose from the water as if it were on fire. She bit her bottom lip and took a deep breath as she slid her right foot in first. The water was quite hot, but not hot enough to scorch her sensitive flesh. She exhaled slowly as she quickly submerged her entire body into the bath, a bit of water splashing out onto the floor in her hurry. She let out a deep sigh as the warm water quickly raised her body temperature. She had to make sure not to stay in too long. She quickly sank under the water to soak her head, then resurfaced. She grabbed a bottle of the herbal oils and poured a bit into her right hand. She massaged the ouls into her damp skin to soften and moisturize her flesh. The sweet scents of rose and lavender filled the steamy room. She then rinsed the excess oil from her body before grabbing her shampoo. She poured a small amount onto her scalp and massaged it into her long hair until the full length of it was a mess of lather. She rinsed it out quickly, then washed up her face. She stood slowly, now finished with her bath. She shuffled around for a towel until she found it hanging from the mouth of a phoenix sculpture on the bath house wall. She crawled out of the bath and wrapped the towel around her drenched frame, then threw on her robe. She darted out of the bathroom and straight back into her bed chambers before anyone caught a glimpse of the pink and blue blur. She glanced back and giggled slightly at the sight of wet footprints leading towards her room. She shut her doors and shed the robe, then the towel, using it to dry her body and her hair. Her flesh glistened with beads of water in the golden light of the sun. She shook the excess water from her hair, then combed through it with her fingers. It was soft to the touch, the tangles and knots coming loose easily. She waltzed over to her bed and picked up her kimono, getting ready to dress herself when she slapped her palm against her forehead lightly. Panties.... She muttered to herself as she hurried to the cherry wood dresser next to her bureau. She shuffled through the top drawer until she took out a lovely pair of silk panties. She slipped them on and smiled a bit before pulling on her kimono. She wrapped each of the three layers around her tightly, then fastened the garment with the obi sash. The way it tied in back made it look like she had a tail of six feathers. She chuckled and waggled her rear at the mirror, making the feathers shake. She giggled again, then told herself to stop being such a child, then laughed again. She walked over to the large vanity mirror set up across from her bed, sitting down on the stool in front of it. She took an ivory comb and ran it through her nearly dry hair until it dried completely. She then smoothed it out and pinned back both sides with feathered combs. She examined the hair do in the mirror and smiled. She didn't bother with make-up. She always looked better without the stuff. She sprayed a small amount of perfume on her neck and chest, then rose to her feet. She examined herself one last time in the mirror, then smiled. Ready... She thought to herself as she slipped on a pair of wooden clogs. She walked to her bedroom door and called for her escorts. The two appeared before her in an instant, adorned in the armor of her kingdom. Beautiful as always, Akashiya Hime... They muttered back and forth as they extended their arms to her. She smiled and nodded to them as she took each guard's arm in her own. Shall we get going? The guards nodded. Yes, Hime. They left the palace and headed for the streets of the Capitol City.

They arrived in the city only to find commotion in the streets. Moka frowned as the guards let go to draw their weapons. Moka raised a hand to them, telling them to relax and stay on guard. She approached the mass of people that encircled two men. There was food on the ground and angry threats being shared among the two men. The men had their swords drawn and were prepared to rip each others throats. Moka's eyes narrowed and she spoke in a loud, demanding voice. What is all this? You two. Sheathe your weapons and cease this violent behavior or I'll have the one who instigated it executed for disturbing the peace of my city. Moka had never been one for harsh words, but as the leader of a violent nation, she had to be able to take charge. Before she got an answer, a man fell to the dirt, dead. She flinched and shuddered as she heard screams in the crowd. She glanced over at her guards and nodded to them. They drew their swords and awaited her orders. She turned her attention back to the man. He looked so familiar. That white tuft of hair on his head....could it be him? She bit her bottom lip, her verdant gaze on the man with the white tuft of hair, then down at the man he had now slain. She wrinkled her nose and motioned for two civilian males to dispose of the wretched body before children witnessed the heinous sight. The ground was stained with blood. It turned her sensitive stomach. Her eyes went back to the lone wanderer. You there. What happened here. I demand you speak and keep your words true.. She crossed her arms over her chest, the sleeves of her kimono fluttering in the wind like the wings of the great bird. She kept her eyes on the men, noticing that the crowd had dispersed. She smiled a bit, glad they decided to leave her with the two ruffian. She wasn't going to have senseless violence in her city. Well? She demanded, her foot tapping on the dirt.

PostSubject: Re: A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna)   A fated meeting? (Private Moka and Tsuna) I_icon_minitimeMon Jun 14, 2010 8:47 pm

Tsuna was in the middle of his bow when he noticed someone speaking directly to him, how odd he thought not often did people speak directly to someone who had just killed another man. He turned to look at the young woman who dared to speak to a killer in such a demanding tone, his left eye was a dark red almost like the color of blood it seemed to hold no emotion as he stared at her. He brought up his nodachi and with one quick and smooth motion sheathed it behind his back and held his hands at his side to show he had no intentions of fighting this girl or her guards which he found odd as well. This young woman had not introduced herself and yet she demanded answers how rude he thought to himself who did she think she was the empress of the land this thought made him smile slightly not that the young woman or her guards would see it. He didn't have to answer these questions he knew but if he outright refused to answer them he didn't doubt that this young woman would sick those guards on him and if she did he would have to kill them all. He didn't want to do that while he wasn't a criminal per say he was looked upon closely by the officals of any city if he went around killing guards he would become a wanted criminal and he couldn't have that now could he.

He finally spoke to the young woman after a few seconds of silence his voice was deep and almost seemed tired in a ragged way. "I was challenged and threatened I did what I had to I killed that man before he killed me it is as simple as that Miss" he said it all so simply one would think he was explaining his everyday life which in fact he was. He turned from the woman and started to walk back to the food stand before sitting at the bar calmly without what seemed to be a single worry he hailed the owner of the food stand and asked for the same thing steamed rice with a glass of water. The owner smiled and nodded making the food rather quickly but when Tsuna tried to hand him some money he refused "I can't take money from Tsuna The Wandering Shinigami I owe you too much already". Tsuna was confused by this statement until the man pulled down the collar of his shirt revealing a nasty scar this man was once a warrior Tsuna knew now. Perhaps Tsuna had saved his life or maybe they were on different sides and Tsuna had spared his life he could not remember but that man surely did as such Tsuna was very grateful and bowed his head slightly as he began to eat his rice slowly once more.

Moka listened to the mans words intently, then closed her eyes to contemplate. A chorus of gasps woke her from her thoughtful state. She heard people mutter as she opened her eyes to see the man walking away from her in such a disrespectful manner. Did that guy just walk away from Fushichou no Hime? one man whispered to another. She heard a woman shout at the man as he sat down to eat. Have you no respect for royalty, you monster? Moka sighed and walked over to the enraged woman. She placed her hands on her shoulders and smiled softly. He is a human, miss. Not a monster. You really shouldn't insult ones you do not know. The woman howled in protest. But you saw it! He slew a man right in front of you! Moka cringed and pulled her hands from the woman. I know...but it was in his own self-defense... That is forgivable. It does not make it right...but he did what he had to do... The woman huffed and walked back into the shop that she managed, muttering to herself. That girl is too damn sweet to be the emperor's daughter.... Moka turned her attention back to the man that was now eating after completely and disrespectfully blowing her off. She sighed a bit and turned to her guards. You know...I am rather famished...I desire Ramen...Kensui. The guard on the right straightened and bowed to her. Yes, My Hime? Moka chuckled a bit. Kensui always seemed so uptight around her. Relax, Kenny. I need you to go to that ramen stand where the wanderer is eating and get me some of their best ramen. She gave Kensui a red silk purse that was weighed down by her money. Buy some for the wanderer as well. He looks like he hasn't eaten in a while. Kensui bowed. Yes, Hime. He spoke out loud then fled to the ramen stand, his heavy armor clanking as he ran. She chuckled again and stood by her other guard who kept glancing at her off and on. She glanced over at him and softly smiled. He quickly averted his gaze, his cheeks bright red beneath his helmet. Kensui arrived at the ramen stand and ordered two bowls of their best ramen. It came quickly. He payed and sat one bowl in front of the wanderer. Compliments of the Fushichou no Hime. God knows why.... He muttered, then walked off. Moka saw his approach and walked up to a small table behind the spot where the wanderer was sitting. She asked her guards to feel free to order something too. They grinned and went, one at a time to order their own food. They sat at Moka's side, one on each side, the three eating together at the table, an odd sight for a member of the Royal family to be seen doing. Moka could care less. She loved the capitol's ramen far too much to care.

Tsuna didn't even bother to glance at the bowl of ramen he already knew he wouldn't want it he could smell the spices in the both that made it appealing to others. Tsuna on the other hand hated spices or condiments of any kind if he was going to eat his food he was going to eat it the way it grew plain by itself it didn't need anything else to taste good. He ate his rice slowly before bowing his head slightly to the food stand owner and giving him back the bowl and glass he used. He stood up slowly and cracked his back groaning as he did before looking around and noticing the girl and her guards once more, for some reason he couldn't help but stare he had no idea why he should care who the young woman was but he did. He picked up the bowl of ramen she had gotten for him and walked over to her and placed it directly in front of her, "I don't like Ramen Miss" he said in a matter of fact tone it wasn't angry or arrogant it was just his voice. He looked down at her "and often when you ask questions of someone it is rude to demand such things before asking the other persons name like you did not do earlier at least where i come from it is" he said in that same tone. The people around watching were shocked whether he be the Shinigami or a noble no one could talk to her in such a way she was the highest of the high they knew and this man talked to her like he didn't care for her rank one bit. He smiled slightly so slight was this smile that the guards and even the young woman herself so close to him wouldn't even see it only one who knew him quite well would see it, "but thanks for the offer".

Moka glanced up at the man, then the bowl of ramen placed in front of her. She noticed Kensui staring hungrily at it. She smiled softly and slid it to him. He devoured the ramen like a starved animal. She shook her head and sighed. She turned her attention back to the man who stood in front of her. Please. Have a seat. Pardon my rudeness earlier. Your name, wanderer. What is it? she asked in a soft, polite tone. She felt a strong sense of familiarity with this man. She knew that she had seen him before. She never forgot a face. she finished her ramen, then laid her chopsticks over the top of the bowl, then pushed it aside. Kensui gathered up the empty dishes and returned them to the ramen stand, then bowed to the stand owner before returning to Moka's side. Moka's soft green eyes were still on the wanderer. She awaited a responce from him. Her hands were resting on her lap, fidgiting with a few strands of her silken magenta hair.

Tsuna was a bit taken back the girl had actually apologized to a no name wanderer like himself she really was quite odd but a bit interesting he told himself. He decided to take her offer and sat down beside calmly looking at the guards of hers in case they got any bright ideas of attacking him suddenly even the way he was sitting he could draw his blade if needed. He looked at the young woman now with only his left eye open the right had been sealed in a battle with an explosion long ago but no one else knew that but Tsuna of course. "My name is Tsuna Hitoshi Miss some know me better as that arrogant nickname so many have given me The wandering shinigami" he said calmly. In truth Tsuna did not like the nickname but it was what most people called him and trying to stop them would only end up annoying him even more so. He now in turn asked his own question of the young woman "you have asked who I am now I ask the same question of you Miss who are you?" anyone who didn't see the look in his eye might think he was joking around. But he was serious in truth he had no idea who this young woman was he had not been in the capital city in many years, to him nothing had changed everything was the same the stores the streets even the people were the same to him.

Moka smiled as the man introduced himself. She knew it. It was the same man she saw when she was only sixteen. The man she ached to find all these years. The man she swore to give herself to. She kept her composure and looked into the male's one good eye. Well, Mr. Hitoshi. My name is Moka. Moka Akashiya. Though I've gained a nickname around here as well. I am often called Fushichou no Hime. I am the daughter of The fallen Emperor, Taizune Akashiya. She paused for a moment. She was sure she gave him a good idea of who she was by now. She glanced at her guards who looked nervous about her talking so openly to a complete stranger. She simply smiled and glanced at the male before her. Your injuries look severe. I must ask if you'd accompany me back to the Palace to have your wounds tended to.

Tsuna looked confuse the old emperor was dead when did that happen he thought to himself it must have been in the last five years right he asked himself. In truth Tsuna hadn't kept up with the times he had been travelling so much he had no idea what was going on within the cities or the country itself his main goal was to survive at least for another day. Moka was her name it was a nice name he though sounded calm and peaceful and it rolled off the tounge if you said it he though to himself, by now something began to click inside of that thick head of his. This young woman was actually the empress of the city and he had spoken like that to her he was indeed lucky she wasn't a harsh person or he might have had to fight his way out of the city. When she asked him about his injuries again he was confused what injuries he asked himself, he ran his hands across his neck and face lightly to see if he had been harmed at all but he was fine. The scars he thought to himself the scars made it seem like he was injured with him holding so many scars on his body and the blood of his enemy whom he had just slain she must think he was injured when he wasn't. "I am not hurt Moka" he said her first name like it was nothing "it just seems I am thanks to the body i have aquired over the years". He said lightly it was a dark joke one could tell but he didn't care "but I would be willing to take you up on your offer if it still stands" he said smiling a bit.

She smiled and rose to her feet, her guards quickly responding to her actions by doing the same. She smoothed her hands down her hips, straightening up her attire. She glanced up at Tsuna and smiled. Well then. Follow me, Tsuna. She turned her attention back to the guards and smiled. When we return, I want you to relay a message to Hachirou. Tell him I'll be bringing a guest to the palace and he should be ready accordingly. The guards nodded and replied. Hai, Hime. Moka chuckled and glanced back as she began to walk back towards the palace. Coming, samurai?

Tsuna stood up lazily the truth was he was only going because this girl was a bit interesting well who knew what he might get out of the visit. He looked at her and nodded before following after her and the guards with her he wondered if this was a wise decision but figured there was no way to back out now.
